In 2004 it became readily apparent that a major component to the development process was missing in the Millis group of companies. The Millis Group Inc. had acquired a substantial amount of land for development and Millis Management Corporation was poised and ready to complete the construction process. However, the organization had little or no control over the timing and delivery of the civil engineering plans required to begin construction. It was very evident that having land planning and design capabilities in house would greatly enhance the operations. For these reasons, and in an effort to reduce costs for such services, TMG Engineering was formed as the newest addition to the Millis group of companies.

Sean Humble, a licensed Professional Engineer for the State of Texas, was recruited from a major land planning and civil engineering firm to manage the affairs of TMG Engineering, Inc.  He is responsible for making sure that the civil engineering requirements necessary to cost analyze, acquire development financing and start construction is completed in an orderly and timely fashion. His group is also charged with the task of monitoring on-site construction processes in an effort to insure the quality of construction and compliance to design.

TMG Engineering is a full service civil engineering company that has been instrumental in the consolidation of the land development process for the Millis group of companies.
