Tom Golightly
Construction Manager
Tom Golightly began his career in the
construction business in the late 1980’s in
Oklahoma before moving to Houston, Texas in
1994. Initially, Tom was employed by Millis
Management Corporation as a heavy equipment
operator. He was quickly promoted to field
supervisor and was later promoted to
Construction Manager. After ten years with
the Millis organization, and with over
twenty-seven years of residential,
commercial, water conservation and soil
conservation construction experience, Tom
oversees all construction activity in the
various developments. These duties include
personnel administration, heavy equipment
purchase and maintenance and all phases of
construction. He is responsible for each
project from the initial site construction, lake excavation, underground
utilities placement and construction, road
paving and hardscape placement up to final
completion. Tom is charged with directing
three construction superintendents and
multiple employees. He is responsible for
maintaining over thirty pieces of heavy
equipment, and oversees all water and waste
water operations for Royal Valley Utilities,
Inc. Tom is a certified class C water and
class D wastewater operator for the State of
Texas. |
