Sean A. Humble, PE
General Manager of TMG Engineering, Inc.

Sean Humble was raised in Seguin, Texas. He is a 1998 graduate of Texas A&M University with a BS in Civil Engineering. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas. Sean began his career in 1998 as a field engineer for a commercial steel erection company. In 1999, Sean joined LJA Engineering & Surveying, a major land development-engineering firm, as a Project Engineer. Sean’s duties with LJA included the design and construction of water distribution, wastewater collection, drainage and paving facilities for projects located in Harris and Brazos Counties. Sean was eventually promoted to a Project Manager overseeing a 500-acre project as well as participating in various Municipal Utility Districts. In 2004, Sean became the General Manager of TMG Engineering, Inc. a division of The Millis Group, Inc. Sean is responsible for all phases of the engineering activity associated with The Millis Group, Inc. developments. Some of these duties include land planning, plat preparation and analysis, the design of water distribution and wastewater collection, drainage, and paving facilities. Other design criteria include storm water detention facilities, site layout and on site construction management. Currently, Sean is heavily involved in the Millis Group Inc.’s newest project, Kingdom Heights, a 572-acre, 1,547 home master-planned residential and commercial development in Ft. Bend County, Texas.
