Doyle J. Duran
Sales and Marketing Manager

Doyle J. Duran moved with his family to Houston in 1956. He grew up in the Heights and graduated from Reagan High School in 1967. Upon graduation he attended the University of Houston while employed with Bluebell Ice Cream Company. After completing his education requirements, he became a sales supervisor for Bluebell and was responsible for southeast Houston and surrounding areas. In 1977, Doyle and his wife purchased a Child Care Center in east Texas were they settled for the next twenty three years. In 1991 Doyle became the Associate Pastor of East Texas Church on the Rock.  As Vice President/Secretary of the church, his responsibilities were to manage the physical plant, oversee five pastors and to establish and expand East Texas Christian School (accredited K – High School). During Doyle’s ten years with the Church, the congregation grew from 150 to 1,500. In 2000, Doyle chose to leave east Texas and return to the Houston area. He joined the Millis Group, Inc. as an on-site sales associate. After acquiring his real estate license for the State of Texas, and after several years with the Millis organization, Doyle was promoted to Sales and Marketing Manger for The Millis Group, Inc. Doyle has served on the Board of Directors for the Homeowner's Association for Royal Lakes Estates and currently serves on the ACC committee. He enjoys individuals, playing golf and is an active member of Lakewood Church. He is a husband of 36 years, a father of two children and a grandparent of three grandsons..
