Greatwood Lakes Office Building is a three story building constructed on the lakes and golf course of Greatwood master planned community in Fort Bend County, Texas. The building contains approximately 30,000 square feet and was completed in the fall of 2001. The building serves as the corporate headquarters for the Millis group of companies.  Houston Community Bank is located on the first floor combined with its related drive through facilities. The building offers the finest golf course view available for office space in Fort Bend County and has been fully occupied until just recently when a small portion of space became available. Millis Management Corporation leases and manages the building.
