Angie Clubine
Vice President of Operations
Angie S. Clubine, an honors graduate from
Southwest Missouri State, with a BS in
Accounting, began her career in 2000 as an
employee of Koch Industries, Inc. in the
accounting division. When Koch Industries
moved their Investment Group from Wichita
Kansas to Houston, Texas, Angie held the
responsibility for coordinating the
transition and the training of new recruits
in the accounting and trade support group .
She was promoted to a trade analyst and
ultimately promoted to a senior trade
analyst. In 2002, she joined the Millis
organization as a staff accountant. After
demonstrating her strong organizational and
administrative capabilities, she was
promoted to Manger of Accounting and
Finance. She is responsible for all aspects
of the accounting department including
accounts payables, accounts receivables,
payroll, cash management, and all financial
and tax reporting. In addition to the above,
she is responsible for all aspects of the
finance requirements associated with the
development process. These duties include
cash flow forecasting, profit and loss
analysis and preparation of the financial
data required to make corporate investment
decisions. She has served as a director and
treasurer on the Royal Lakes Estates
Homeowner’s Association for two years, and
has served on the Architectural Control
Committee for three years. Angie is also
responsible for the operations and general
management of the Greatwood
Lakes Office
Building. |
